Content Marketing Strategist / Writer

●      Very strong writer with experience writing marketing content for B2B SaaS companies (financial services a plus)

●      Fintech background is a must, writing for Fintech companies

●      A creative thinker who loves to take abstract or complicated concepts and bring them to life through creative written and visual content

●      Can work quickly on multiple editorial projects at one time, produce well-researched, well-written content and deliver on deadline

●      An experienced editor who can edit and improve content submitted by other contributors 

User Experience (UX) Writer

●      Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Psychology, Technical Writing, UX, HCI or equivalent practical experience

●      A minimum of 5 years experience working on UX writing / copywriting for websites / SaaS / web applications

●      Proven experience in working on copy/content standards for the above

●      Experience partnering with designers, researchers, and product managers

●      Fintech / B2B SaaS experience is a plus

●      Marketing or content marketing background is a plus

●      Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

●      A motivated, self-starter attitude and excellent collaborative abilities

●      Familiarity with Invision, Figma, version control tools like Git or Abstract, and Confluence preferred

Marketing Manager

●      BA/BS in Procut, Engineering or Marketing with at minimum 7+ years of post-university work experience

●      B2B marketing role(s) is a must, strong background in a strategic marketing, product marketing or growth marketing role; combination will be a big plus

●      Exposure to both small & medium-size businesses is a must

●      Proven and hands-on data experience, can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them

●      Proven SEO experience (strategy and execution) is a must

●      Proven and hands-on infrastructure experience, with marketing, social and marketing automation platforms, email automation platforms (ActiveCampaign preferable), website building and conversion optimization, CRM (Hubspot preferable) and other essential marketing tech stack tools. Experience in ensuring everything is properly connected to enable attribution and data analysis

●      Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward

Job Description

Content Marketing Strategist / Writer

Strategy

●      Build our content program from scratch!

●      Drive the development of Centime’s content marketing strategy

             Execution

●      Work closely with product marketing, growth marketing, product, design and Customer Success teams to source and create the right content to educate, motivate and engage our buyers (Business Owners, CFOs, Controllers, CPAs)

●      Work closely with management, product marketing, external PR agencies to drive the content marketing strategy for our partner channel and investors

●      Draw on industry best practices, current events and trends, customer needs, and company objectives to generate ideas for engaging content

●      Own and execute on an agreed content marketing roadmap and plan

●      Write, 75%+ of your time should be spent on writing engaging and relevant content, helping us achieve our business and marketing goals

             Operationalization

●      Develop and own Centime’s content calendar, iterate and refine based on quantitative and qualitative evidence and customer outcomes

●      Work with all relevant stakeholders to build feedback loops and ensure we are able to measure the success of our content marketing strategy and execution

●      Identify and establish the right software solution to ensure we have a content management platform that can scale

●      Ensure that we have a strategy and process in place that enables Centime to maximize our content and assets across channels and relevant parts of the customer lifecycle and funnel

●      Ensure consistency of brand voice and tone, establish the rules, processes, documentation needed and ensure the entire business (management, staff) adhere to the tone of voice agreed

User Experience (UX) Writer

●      Strategize and design with words – thoughtfully crafting clear, resonant messaging rooted in customer empathy

●      Converge customer goals, business requirements, and brand values

●      Work on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education.

●      Work closely with our Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Senior Management to shape the tone of voice, language and design system for Centime

●      Research and advocate for best practices based on latest industry content design trends

●      Standardize nomenclature, create a vocabulary and seek to create business rules for its usage across the plication and supporting documentation

●      Ensure language is free of or otherwise compliant with regulatory and legal concerns

●      Actively seek feedback from all levels in product, design, sales, support and most importantly from customers, and work to raise the bar

●      Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and researchers to understand user pain points and craft clear, concise copy for a variety of surfaces (in-app content, notifications, on-boarding guide, product tours, error messages, promos, help guide, and more). You are required to write, edit, proof and document UX content as necessary, paying acute attention to detail

Marketing Manager

●      Work cross functionally to establish marketing strategies to drive Centime’s business, revenue, customer acquisition goals and meet ambitious growth targets

●      Work with our external PR and Corporate Communications agency to align demand generation with our company, partnership and product launches

●      Own and maintain Centime’s e2e marketing project plan, ensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders are managed appropriately to deliver against commitments

●      Own, maintain, iterate Centime’s ICPs

●      Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop the campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion

●      Establish the e2e infrastructure (data reporting tool(s), pixels, CRM integration, email automation integration, in-app analytics reporting etc.) to measure the impact of each campaign, attribute sales and develop ways to scale

●      Work with our Content Marketing team to conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement across the funnel

●      Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and work with our Content Marketing team to drive content creation and testing

●      Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement

Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
